Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of
persons with God.

Matthew 25:11-12 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you,
I know you not.
John 18:37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.
Pilate symbolic of humanity, a world that makes up its religious beliefs according to family, tradition, superstition, status, power over a people. But above all according to what is most comforting to the fallen spirit of man. Pilate / human authority, with its bias of not a knowable truth, but truth based on the most sensible philosophy, traditions, the concensus of a people. Believing truth is in the eye of the beholder. Yet Jesus said Matthew 6:23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness! Luke 11:34-35 The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness. 35 Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.
Take heed. How many people have looked at what it actually means to take heed to what Jesus has said. Some say it is a warning, keep in mind, to be mindful of. The word in the greek is stronger than that. it is translated in scripture as mark 2, take heed 1, look on 1, look at 1, consider 1; 6. The greek word is stronger though, as its source word will also show.
Take heed skopeo- to look at, observe, contemplate 2) to mark 3) to fix one's eyes upon, direct one's attention to, any one 4) to look to, take heed to thyself . FROM {skop-os'} ("scope") an observer, a watchman 2) the distant mark looked at, the goal or end one has in view What is our Lord saying? Mark it as your goal, and keep it in view, observe to it, contemplate it, direct your hightest most watchful, as or like a watchman to make sure that the light you think is in you, IS NOT ACTUALLY DARKNESS.
Pilates / the worlds reply to Jesus, before sentencing Him. John 18:38 Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all.
Why did pilate find no fault with Jesus. Because under Roman law, truth was based on philosphies, many very diverse. Under Hebrew law. Only one God, only one truth. He was of one of the cultrues that have built the principles of the masonic rites, the new age movement etc. So what is truth?
Jesus has already answered that. Pilate did not understand.
Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice
This was a loaded statement. As Pilate, the world did not pick up on the gravity of it. Neither does a majority of those who call Jesus Lord comprehend the depth of it. This goes all the way back to Moses, and God's chosen people. This witness of bearing the truth of Jesus, should have perked the interest of the Jews who knew the scripture. But they missed it. Today christians reflect on this as historical, and miss what the Lord is saying. They trivialize statements like Hearing My Voice, as historical. Those who heard Him then. Now we just read and believe upon it as fact. Read the above statement closely again. "Every one that is OF THE TRUTH HEARS MY VOICE"
Do we hear His voice, are we of Him? Has the modern church filled the peoples ears with a thing of nought, while they guard the entrance into life? Are we to hear the His words through a preacher, or are we to hear Him that speaks from heaven? The correct answer is damning to those who refuse truth!
Deuteronomy 18:18-19 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. 19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.
John 5:37-47 And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape. 38 And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not. 39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. 41 I receive not honour from men. 42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you. 43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. 44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only? 45 Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust. 46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. 47 But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?
Hebrews 12:25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:
Hebrews 3:14-15 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end; 15 While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
Acts 22:14 And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee (Paul) , that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth.
John 5:25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
John 8:43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.
John 10:2-5 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. 4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. 5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
John 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
Where does any of the above match up with a name it and claim it gospel? We are to come to Christ. The church teaches because you receive His word, according to their preaching you are saved. Believe what the word says, ask for forgiveness, or to be cleansed by His blood or use the albatross of modern theology, the incantation , the sinners prayer.
I have heard evangelists go so far as to say, that Revelation 3:20, has nothing to do with salvation, getting saved, the saving of the soul. They claim the letter to the Laodiceans was written because they wouldn't permit Jesus into the church.
How genius, how intuitive, what an important revelation of the word they did find. There are a lot of watchmen that read this scripture as such and claim the greek, the deeper study of it proves their claim.
liars, exactly what the fallen laodicean church was prophesied to be. A church that did not recognize their eternal position before the Lord. Oh great professing evangelist, if they won't let Him in, do you think their saved????
The passage a closer look. THE TRUTH.
Revelation 3:15-20 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
This should be so plain. Yet so called prophecy scholars, preacher, evangelists, teachers, and watchmen. Hear something that sounds right and run with it. If we hear His voice AND OPEN THE DOOR. If we don't open the door, does it matter if we heard His voice? If we HEAR HIM THAT SPEAKS FROM HEAVEN, HOW COULD WE REMAIN LUKEWARM? FOR IF WE DON'T OPEN THAT DOOR, WE WILL BE VERY, VERY COLD SPIRITUALLY INDEED.
- I WILL COME IN TO HIM. HIM . a PERSON, NOT A CHURCH. WHO MAKES UP THE CHURCH. THE PEOPLE OF THE CHURCH, THE EKLESIA, "THE CALLED OUT ONES" PEOPLE NOT IT. IT IS TRUE THAT THE WORD TRANSLATED MAN IN THAT VERSE COULD OF AND ARGUABLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN TRANSLATED AS "ANY CERTAIN ONE OR SOMEONE". BUT WAS TRANSLATED AS HIM, BECAUSE THE PRONOUN AUTOS WHICH APPEARS 3 TIMES IN THE VERSE IS IN THE MASCULINE FORM, THUS A MAN, HIM.
AUTOS IS FOUND IN THIS VERSE THOSE 3 TIMES, ALL MASCULINE, PERSONAL PRONOUNS IN THE SINGULAR. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT THEY ARE, IN ORDER IN THE accusative 2ND IN THE genitive LASTLY IN THE nominative PARTS OF SPEECH.
What does the Lord tell them they need?
Gold tried in fire. Sounds a lot like what John the baptist said.
Luke 3:16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
and Jesus
Matthew 20:23 And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with:....
Luke 12:50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished!
Mark 9:49 For every one shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt.
Paul
Colossians 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
Peter
1 Peter 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
1 Peter 4:12-13 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
Paul
Romans 6:3-7 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
Rev. 3 to the Laodiceans exposes the modern day church, who deny a trial by fire. Or at least claim it is a second work of grace. The taking up of the cross is to die to self, a self denial. This dening one self, then picking up your cross, and following Christ. This fiery trial, this baptism by fire, IS THE WORK OF GRACE. FOR WITHOUT THAT TRIAL, THAT PURIFYING AS SILVER, THERE IS NO NEW CREATION Ps. 17: 15 2 Cor. 3:18 Col. 3:10. NO CIRCUMCISED HEART, NO NEW HEART, AND NO NEW VESSEL TO HOLD THE NEW WINE.Ezek. 36:26
White raiment. Zech. 4:1- 4 Joshua the great high priest in Zerobabels time, stood before the Lord, standing by the angel of the Lord, as Satan accused him. The Lord rebuked him, and gave to Joshua a new robe. A covering for his wretchedness, where he received grace. The scripture says LOVE covers a multitude of sin. 1 Pet. 4: 8 Prov.10: 12 He that loves with the love of God, according to John, is born of God 1 John 4:7, 8. He that does not, is not born of God 1 John 3:15. Jesus said.
John 17:26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.
Sounds a lot like that non salvation verse of Rev. 3:20
John 5:42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you.
Was this above verse just to the Jews who wouldn't believe or to all mankind?
John 2:24-25 But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, 25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.
Why would Jesus say in His prayer, that the love of God should be in the believer and He also. If it is something we can just do. Jesus called those hearing the sermon on the mount evil Matt. 7:11, who knew how to give good gifts. We are told we have all sinned AND fallen short of the glory of God Rom. 3:23. Is that then why Jesus would not commit himself unto them, John 2 above. Then the next chapter tells us we must be born again? John 3:1- 21
Job 11:6-9 and Eph. 3 :16- 19 Are scriptures that are very simular. They are a contrast.contrast
Ephesians 3:16-19 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

I have never heard a sermon, read a tract, listened to an evangelists who speak to such things. Yet this is in the scripture. It is the words of Christ Jesus. Pauls words are in agreement with the Lords. That His love may be in them, and He in them. That he may dwell in hearts by / through faith, becoming rooted and grounded in love. We are covered by His faith, His grace, His peace, His righeousness, His truth, His life, His image / likenes, His Way, His Life, His knowledge, His wisdom, His meekness, His mercy, His baptism, His light
HIS LOVE

This is how wolves in sheeps clothing operate. Of their own blindness, thinking themselves rich and in need of nothing. Tell everyone what they should do and know about the Bible, scripture, fellowship, the christian walk. But the true preacher, teacher, scholar, prophet, apostle, watchmen, evangelist, etc.. do not have controling spirits. The are meek, broken before the Lord, and are at His beaken to warn of the right way, not according to their thoughts, ACCORDING TO HIS.
